We now have, from Comeaux's in Breau Bridge La., authentic, genuine, Andouille, Tasso and Boudin and extra hot Boudin.

S. Wallace Edwards Country Ham, smoked sausage, and BBQ are the local specialties stocked. Fresh pate, mousse and terrine. Fois gras from France. North Atlantic smoked salmon. German herring and Italian anchovies.

Genuine Sherry Vinegar from Spain. Truffle oil, both white and black, capers in salt, not vinegar, that taste like capers and not vinegar.

Estate made olive oils along with walnut oil.
